PURE DUCATI will replace any item that the purchaser find is the wrong size provided the item is returned to Pure Ducati in new condition (see below for full details and procedure).
All non-defective products and special order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee if there is no exchange. This is to cover the cost of sending the special order item back to Ducati, including return shipping and fees associated with processing your return. Shipping is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, call us at (954) 788-9550 and ask for Rick or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receiving your order, please place the item in its original packaging and send back to us.
All returns must be received at PURE DUCATI within 20 days of receipt of package. Items must be in the original manufacturers packaging in new and unused condition and must be suitable for resale or return to the manufacturer.
Items returned without an RA will be refused or will be subject to not only the restocking fee but an additional administrative fee of $15.00.
No returns on electrical and digital components. Please contact Manufacturer for defective items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS (NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE HONORED), if an item is found to be defective, please refer to manufacturers warranty. We will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card used. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt at our Ft. Lauderdale store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items cannot be returned if they have been used or mounted. Items returned COD will be refused. Any returned items that do not meet the above standards will be sent back at the Customer's expense and no refund will be issued. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope, do not use the product packaging as a shipping container.
- Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge. PURE DUCATI will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. PURE DUCATI will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only.
- Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and are subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a PURE DUCATI customer service representative.
- Cancellations: If you should require the cancellation of an order, a full refund will be applied (minus a 25% restocking fee) to your account unless the product has already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the shipping costs, in addition to the restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
- If an item is backordered and PURE DUCATI has deemed the wait to be abnormally long, you will be contacted and given the option of cancellation without a restocking fee.
- Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail to the address on top of this page. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original PURE DUCATI packaging. PURE DUCATI is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
- Insufficient Funds: A $25.00 fee will be accessed for insufficient funds on credit cards.

Please note. We require payment in full before we can special order any out-of-stock items. We will not charge you for an item if it is stated as “not available” from our distributors or if there is no estimated time of arrival. It may take a week or two to receive items from our North American distributors, however, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive apparel or accessories from Ducati as merchandise must ship direct from Italy to New York where it is then X-rayed in customs before it is received by us in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ducati replacement parts typically take 3-5 business days to be received, but there can be unforeseen exceptions. Availability and inventory of apparel, accessories and replacement parts is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information presented on our website, though we strive to do so. We urge customers whose order is time sensitive to call-in or email first to confirm availability and ETA before ordering and we can often find a suitable substitute for the unavailable or out-of-stock item. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or would like to cancel your order at any time, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
All domestic orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, will be delivered by FedEx 2-3 day Priority Mail standard. This is the service you select described as "normal" in the ordering process, there is no need to select "air shipping" this is for International shipments only. We can use USPS Express Mail for overnight delivery but customers must call these orders in. The cutoff for overnight shipping is 12pm EST. Customers must pay the exact shipping for Express mail/Overnight plus an extra 15% of the postage cost to expedite the order. We do not guarantee shipping times, once an item leaves our shop it is out of our hands, however we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. We assume no liability for deadlines not met or items lost, stolen or damaged in transit but we will do our best to file any claims as necessary or track any parcel we ship. For extra heavy items or unusually large parcels we reserve the right to use UPS Ground delivery at our discretion. In this case, delivery will take anywhere from 3-10 days.
Revised shipping policies:
From 8th April 2013 all orders which total a value of at least $200 will be shipped to the mainland USA using the standard shipping method described above will be subject to FREE SHIPPING.
We have discontinued our flat rate shipping fee. We now total final shipping costs on a per item basis. When the actual shipping cost is less we will adjust the total before we capture the funds or refund the difference via PayPal or Google after we ship. You will not be overcharged on shipping. As an example: domestically, it costs about $5. to ship a single T-shirt or other small item via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, each additional shirt or small item will add about $2. to the final total. For International orders, on average it costs a minimum of $25. to ship a single small item or T-shirt to most destinations via USPS International Priority Mail, each additional shirt will add another $2. All International orders will ship with insurance, domestic orders that are over $100. will include signature confirmation unless that option is waived by the customer. All sensitive components, electronics or exhaust systems will ship with full insurance. Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail because they provide us with fast, reliable service and the ability to track and confirm shipments but we may use another carrier at our discretion. All orders include automated tracking information after we dispatch. If you would like a shipping quote before you place your order please call or email.
All products advertised on PURE DUCATI's online store, are brand new factory products unless otherwise specified on our product pages. PURE DUCATI does NOT carry all sizes, colors, models, etc... of the products advertised through the web site. In the event a product is not in stock, it may take up to several weeks to get an order out to a customer. PURE DUCATI and the manufacturers of this merchandise reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. Due to variables beyond our control, the products contained in this website may appear slightly different than they do in our website. Please see the return policy below before ordering. None of the products featured on this website are sold as safety garments unless expressly stated.

Due to increased credit card fraud and identity theft all payments for this website are processed through Google Checkout or Paypal Express payment gateways.

At this time, PURE DUCATI is shipping to the US and selected countries. However, please contact us as special arrangements can be made if you require items from our online store and are located outside the US.
International Shipping Disclaimer
All International shipments may be subject to duty fees and import tariffs or taxes depending on the country and the importer is responsible for these. We have no control over customs fees or how they are calculated. It is our policy, and we have a legal obligation to fill out all customs declaration information truthfully, so please do not ask us to make untruthful declarations. This measure prevents us from having packages seized by domestic or International customs authorities.
All International orders are dispatched with tracking information. Please be advised that once we ship, Pure Ducati cannot be held liable for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit and all International shipping is at the buyer’s risk. We inspect all items before and during packaging, and will have fragile or sensitive packages insured before shipping, however, once a package leaves the USA we cannot be responsible for it. Additional insurance is optional but highly recommended for orders over $500,and incurred at the buyers expense. Any claims for lost or damaged goods are between the receiver and their shipper. By ordering from Pure Ducati you are agreeing to these terms.
Certain countries that we do not usually deal with may take longer to process than usual. This measure is to make sure there is no opporunity for fraud, as we have to check with our credit card processing service to make sure the order is legitimate and safe to process. This protects our business and our customers, as well.
Special Note for customers ordering from Mexico and countries in S. America: All parcels shipping to Mexico can no longer be insured by USPS. Mexican orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Pure Triumph can assume no liability for packages lost, damaged or delayed in transit to Mexico. In addition, we cannot accept American Express credit cards. We recommend that customers from Mexico and South America take extra steps to arrange their own shipping insurance where this is possible.

Taxes will be charged to all customers within the regional jurisdiction of the state of Florida, in the amount of 6% [subject to change] Non-U.S. customers will be responsible for their country's applicable taxes & customs.
PURE DUCATI reserves the right to cancel or delay an order without notice at its own discretion for any reason including but not limited to:
• Unverified or erroneous billing information.
• Third party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder’s details
(PURE DUCATI will only ship to a registered billing address)
• Products that were ordered and discontinued.
• Offensive or unprofessional responses from any of our customers.

In the event of a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing and/or description and visual information received by our suppliers, PURE DUCATI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason. All prices and descriptions are subject to change at any given time If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled for any reason, PURE DUCATI will credit your account. Note that a credit issued may not appear on your statement for 7 day to 21 days.
