2011 Ducati Diavel - Unveiled in Milan, Italy - Arriving in South Florida, February/March 2011
Ducati have unveiled their new Diavel Power Cruiser at the 2010 EICMA show in Milan today. In their own words Ducati describe the new model as combining custom shop beauty with state of the art technology, innovative design to provide extraordinary riding pleasure.
As expected the bike is powered by a slightly more powerful version of the Testastretta 11º engine found in the Multistrada 1200. Ducati claim 162bhp and a svelte weight (for the class) of just 456lb (207kg). This should ensure the Ducati is the performance king of the class. The specially designed 240mm rear wheel on a massive 8″ wide rim provides the requisite custom presence.
For the techno buffs there is plenty to enjoy including Ride by wire throttle, ABS, hands free ignition and traction control. The new model will be available as a base model in traditional red or pearl white whilst the Diavel Carbon which includes carbon bodywork components and forged Marchesini rims is available in red carbon or black carbon.
2010 Multistrada 1200S Arrived in South Florida
On Tuesday March 9th Ducatisti’s from all over South Florida gathered at Panaretto Pizza in Fort Lauderdale to catch a sneak peak of the new 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200S. This was the only appearance of the bike prior to its retail arrival in May. Thanks to Ducati North America and the Ducati Owners Club of South Florida for putting on such a great event.

Paolo and Lidia in North America - Arriving in South Florida Late November 2010
Paolo, Chairman of the Ducati Dreams Club in Naples - Italy, and Lidia, his Multistrada 1200, left the World Ducati Week on June 13 for this unbelievable "flight". They've traveled across East Europe, Russia, all over Asia, Australia and they finally arrived in Vancouver, Canada, on Oct 26, ready to start their journey across America.
