Thank you for visiting Pure Ducati. We carry substantial stocks of Ducati clothing. If an item is in stock, delivery can take place in as few as 3 business days from the time you place your order. In cases where an item is readily available from Ducati but not in stock, delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks as these orders have to ship to us from Italy and then pass through customs in New York before we receive them.
 
When an item is available from Ducati but not in stock, your card will be charged and the item will be dispatched the day it is received. In rare cases when an item on our site is no longer available from Ducati and there is no ETA, we do not charge your card and may remove the item from our online store. Your order will be voided with confirmation sent to your email address.
 
If your order is time sensitive please call to confirm availability and we can often expedite your order at no additional charge.

Due to a recent increase in credit card fraud we have switched all online credit card transactions to be processed via Google Checkout or the PayPal Express payment gateways. This does not add to the cost of your order, cuts down on processing time and is very safe and secure. In addition, by registering once, you will be able to place orders more efficiently in the future. If you have any problems during checkout, or prefer not to use either of the payment gateway options please call in your order and we will process your order manually.

NOTE: The Ducati factory in Bologna, Italy takes a break during the month of August, special orders placed at the end of July or through August may take longer than normal to receive. Please contact us regarding availability if your order is time-sensitive.
